That will mean Congress can print whatever money our country needs for wealth

Congress is controlled by the checks and balances inherent in the Constitution.
There are no such controls applied to the Federal Reserve System (Fed). That
simply should not be allowed. The entire Federal Reserve Act should be rewritten
to control the Fed so it is serving only the needs of the people and not the needs
of the private owners of the Fed and favored banks and companies operating under the Fed.
