We need a brand new Money and Banking system, based on simple principles.
(a) 20% of the banks will be owned by Capitalists who will get 20% of the profits
(b) 80% of the banks will be owned by citizens of the community, simply because
they are citizens and have essentially created the wealth of the community.
(c) Each bank will generate slightly over $16 Million / year that can be spent only
by the community for any common good under the direction of local elected officials,
under a State Charter established under laws derived from our National Constitution.
(d) Simple self-regulating checks and balances will be built into the operating system.
(e) Practically no new laws will be needed.

The suggested action has a $1.99 Trillion Present Value for the entire country -- ask
your accountant what "Present Value" means.
(3) CREATE MONEY -- PAY OFF THE NATIONAL DEBT --
Is there anything more important to our national welfare than the material at the above link?
