This is a 52-page, INTRODUCTION to our new 220-page book “What YOU, I, the EXPERTS, our GOVERNMENT, the AMERICAN PUBLIC and WIKIPEDIA do not know about our Money and Banking system" . . .it is an amazing story of how the engine, the fulcrum and the heart and soul of capitalism works. |
The four-part Media-Meld
1) As of 8/2/09, this is a work-in-progress. We are putting together, (A) our website + (B) a new book about Money and Banking + (C) a Computer Disc (CD) + (D) an audio book-on-tape into (E) a new system of publishing that will knit those four media into a coherent whole which we call, in deference to Star Trek’s Spock and his “mind meld”, a “Media-Meld”
2) The Media-Meld system will be a wiki-type, non-copyright Encyclopedia of Money and Banking when it fully matures -- except we will allow new ideas (wikipedia does not allow original work -- see quote below). Be warned that wikipedia is not the place to go for new thinking. The following is a direct quote from wikipedia. “Wikipedia does not publish original research or original thought. This includes unpublished facts, arguments, speculation, and ideas; and any unpublished analysis or synthesis of published material that serves to advance a position. This means that Wikipedia is not the place to publish your own opinions or experiences. Citing sources and avoiding original research are inextricably linked: to demonstrate that you are not presenting original research, you must cite reliable sources that provide information directly related to the topic of the article, and that directly support the information as it is presented.”
3) This is a Media-Meld of (A) a website, (B) a book, (C) a CD and (D) an audio book ... (A) is a 340-URL website: “PrimerOnMoney.Com”. (this website) ... (B) is a 220-page book: “What YOU, I, The EXPERTS, The GOVERNMENT And WIKIPEDIA Do Not Know About Our Money And Banking System” ... The CD and audio book are being designed.
1. The book is an index to the website.
2. The website is an index to the internet.
3. The internet is an index to the thinking of the world.
4. The CD will mirror all the links on the website.
5. Together they will lead to all the information you could hope to find on our money and banking system.
4) This is a new (June 2009) form of communication designed to bring the advantages of each medium together. The media-meld will jointly attempt to explain (1) money, (2) banking and (3) economics to the general public, government employees, teachers and professionals who work and study in these three areas. The media-meld leads to thousands of pages of, in our opinion, the best information you can find on these subjects.
5) The 220-page book will be able to be downloaded from this website - FREE - as a .pdf or purchased ($40 each -- includes shipping within the United States) by mail, telephone or email as a comb-bound, lay-flat book -- from the addresses listed one back cover of this book. A text CD, including all the online links will be included with the book.
6) This is a pro-bono venture. All income over cost will be donated to libraries which have teaching programs aimed at teaching adults to read better and faster. We have no employees, no rent and take no salaries -- so you can be sure no income is diverted into anything other than libraries.
